Explanation:

We did not realize there was a requirement to file electronically. Our paper filing was sent on 4.29.21. We received a notice about the electronic filing requirement sent 10/6 the following week. Unfortunately, our executive director was out of town, and didn't see it until he returned on 10/26. As you can see, we completed the electronic filing post-haste.
