Other	Part III, Line 28 - Education and Ag in the Classroom - TCFB communicated with teachers, educators and schools promoting resources and grant opportunities to incorporate agriculture into the classroom. They communicate with guidance counselors in two local schools providing them with information to distribute to students for two scholarships for county students totaling $1,000. They sponsor classrooms at school by donating books. They have a strong Ag In the Classroom program where the coordinator works to promote agriculture education to elementary school students at two local elementary schools.
Other	Part III, Line 29 - Policy Development - TCFB asked members to surface and prioritize issues that are important to local ag operations. They then created an opinionnaire to be distributed to the membership to gauge the importance of local, state, and national issues. They developed county resolutions of importance to be delivered by the voting delegate to the state delegate body. Member leaders also engaged with local, state, and national elected officials to lobby for the policies important to the ag community
Other	Part III, Line 30 - Promotions - TCFB is active in the promotion of Agriculture to the members and the local community. They purchased radio advertising at three local radio stations to promote agriculture to all people of the area. They have been a sponsor at the county fair for livestock awards and the fair premium sale. They took these opportunities to educate people about the Company. TCFB also sponsors the Lenox Rodeo.
