EPISCOPAL RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT RECEIVED A PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM FORGIVABLE LOAN OF $1,207,245 AND REPORTED THIS LOAN ON ITS BALANCE SHEET. ON MAY 23, 2021, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED FULL FORGIVENESS OF THE LOAN AS IT MET ALL OF THE CRITERIA REQUIRED BY THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TO OBTAIN FORGIVENESS.
