Edgebrook aims to provide an environment where all those involved in its activities are treated with dignity and respect, and without harassment or discrimination.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body The Nominating Committee nominates the candidates for the Board of Directors. The report of their nominations is filed with the Secretary not later than four weeks prior to the annual meeting. Candidates may also be nominated from the floor at the annual meeting.
