In June 2019, the reporting organization received an appropriation of $250,000 from the West Virginia Development Office to assist with recruiting Infor (US), Inc. to Charleston, WV. Funds were reported as deferred revenue until October 2020 when they were disbursed to Infor as reimbursement for initial office rental expenses of $241,372. The remaining $8,628 appropriation balance was retained by the reporting organization to fund additional economic development initiatives.
