	Conferences and Programs. The Annual Pension and Financial Services Conference is NASPs signature event where leaders conduct educational and professional development workshops for the members and others who support NASPs objective, mission and goal of advocating full inclusion of people of color and women in the financial services industry. Also, the Annual Legislative Conference is to educate members on legislative issues and policies that effect our members. At the Diverse and Emerging Manager Forum, CIOs, Foundaion professionals and asset managers gather to discuss diversity and inclusion in the financial industry. The Consultant Retreat provides the space for minority owned asset management firms and consultants to dialogue and develop potential business relationships in a retreat-like setting.

	Other Programs -Local Chapters - NASP carries out the mission of the organization at the local level providing education and networking opportunities to a geographic region populated by NASP members. The Membership Program is an initiative which focuses on adding value to members of the NASP organization.
