THE NATURE AND PURPOSES OF THE PROJECT FOR WHICH THE AMOUNTS ARE TO BE SET ASIDE ARE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:AMOUNTS WERE SET-ASIDE IN 2017 AND WILL BE USED OVER THE PERIOD 2017-2021 TO FUND THE CREATION OF THE ANNE T. AND ROBERT M. BASS CENTER ON INNOVATION AND PLACEMAKING. THIS CENTER WILL FOCUS ON CREATING A NEW TYPE OF CITY-BUILDING IN COMMUNITIES THAT STRENGTHENS THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN INNOVATIVE ECONOMIES, QUALITY PLACES AND SOCIAL INCLUSION.
