	In 2020, the WISDOM Action Network (WAN) reached out to tens of thousands of Wisconsinites to educate them about the electoral process, to encourage voting, and to educate them about issues of importance, especially the criminal justice system. This was done through phone calling, leafleting and very limited (pre-pandemic) door-knocking. The content of the conversations and written materials mostly focused on when, how and where to vote in the spring and fall elections. In 2020, there was a special effort to let people know about absentee ballots and early voting. WAN also did a limited amount of work in educating people about the different positions and records of some candidates.
