    Substantial Contraction - 2020.John Schwarz, the Foundation's sole donor and director, died in early 2021 before the accounting for the foundation could be done. The records documenting foundation activities for 2020 cannot be verified in his absence, as he was the sole operator of the foundation and he left no notes.
