SRF PERFORMS THE ANALYSIS AND CREATES A GRANT MAKING STRATEGY FOR THE FUND. BECAUSE THE FUND ASSETS ARE LEGALLY CONTROLLED BY NCF, SRF'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION DOES NOT REFLECT THE IMPACT OF ITS WORK THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
