What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA BY PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION RELATED ACTIVITIES.
