What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To coordinate with member clubs to plan, develop and maintain snowmobile trails in Dunn county, WI for the use and enjoyment of members and non-members alike without charge by the Council or its member clubs. These are on-going activities and labor is provided on an unpaid voluntary basis by club members
