Not aware that the 2019 Form 990 was required to be filed electronically until notices were sent from the IRS. CPA is not set up as an electronic provider and waited for another full-time CPA to file the return electronically after filing the required extension and final return by required due dates via USPS mail. All documentation of the USPS receipts of received dates were provided to the IRS on approximately 11/6/2020 and again with additional documentation on 11/9/2021 (FAX number provided on IRS Notices CP295A and CP141L was 855-214-7520). Please consider penalty waiver request based on executing due diligence in filing the required extension and tax return via USPS mailing, Copies of all USPS tracking information for the Form 8868 and also Form 990 is available upon request for proof of due diligence.
