	Bipartisan Advocacy for Direct Payments Even before the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, millions of Americans were already struggling to make ends meet. The pandemic only worsened these economic conditions. In response, Humanity Forward successfully conducted bipartisan advocacy at the national level to enable the passage of direct stimulus payments for tens of millions of American families.
