All grantees are required to signa letter agreeing to the following conditions: (I) Not use any portion of the grant funds for any purpose other than primary purpose social welfare and educational purposes as described and will repay any portion of the grant that is not used for such purposes, (II) Promptly after the end of the taxable year in which grantee receives the grant, and after the end of each following taxable year during which grantee retains any remaining balance of the grant funds, furnish PA Alliance Action with complete annual reports on. (I) The manner in which the grants and income therein were spent, (II) On grantee compliance with the terms of the grant, and (III) a narrative summary of the progress made in accomplishing the purpose of the grant. All grantees must further pledge to not use any portion of the grant: (A) For any purpose other than the primary purpose (social welfare and educational purposes) for which the grant was made; (B)To carry on propaganda, or otherwise to attempt to influence legislation, except to the extent permitted by the IRC Section 501(c)(4)or, if applicable IRC Sections 501(H) and 4911, and (C)For any activity other than that which was specifically authorized via grant letter.
