Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Tuscan Masonic Temple is on the National Registry of Historic Places as part of the Holy Corners Historic District in the City of St Louis Missouri and is home to Tuscan Lodge No 360 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons. The Tuscan Hall Association, incorporated in 1905, maintains title/ownership of the land, building and its contents (no liquid asests or investments)

As trustee of the Tuscan Masonic Hall Association I am an unpaid volunteer. I have filed the organizations F990 in paper form for each of the preceding 15 years. I WAS NOT INFORMED OR AWARE OF THE TAX PAYER FIRST ACT requiring the return to be electronically filed for 2020. I filed this return in paper form on April 22, 2021. The form was received by the IRS and stamped received April 30, 2021. The 990 was returned postmarked November 12, 2021 with a letter dated October 22, 2021 with instructions that the return must be refiled electronically within 10 days of the letter (Oct 22,2021)or fines would be assessed. When received, the notice was past the 10 day requirement. The Tuscan Masonic Hall Association has no liquid assets and requests absolution of any fines.
