A quorem of 25 members must be present to constitute an official meeting in order for business to be conducted.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Bylaw changes must be approved at an annual meeting with a quorem of members present
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Treasurer prepares the form with help from the Assistant Treasurer. The Board of Directors is informed that it has been filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Compensation is decided upon and approved at a monthly meeting of the Board of Directors. The individual whose salary is being discussed will not be present for the discussion or vote. After the vote is taken the results are recorded in the minutes. The last raises were given 10 years ago.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The public is not entitled to see the records of the Credit Union. Members can view certain records such as policies and other operating procedures upon request.
