Briefly describe the organization’s mission: SPONSOR SEVERAL EVENTS TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS, AND TO COLLEGE STUDENTS. THIS YEAR STATRED PROMISING. WE HOST FOUR TOURNAMENTS, ROPING, FISHING, SKEET SHOOT, AND A GOLF TOURNAMENT. HOWEVER DUE TO COVID 19, THE CORONA VIRUS, WE ONLY HOSTED ONE TOURNAMENT. AS PER CITY AND COUNTY CDC RECOMMENDATIONS, WE WERE PROHIBITED TO GATHER A CROWN TO HOST OUR TOURNAMENT. WE ONLY HAD A SKEET SHOOT TOURNAMENT IN OCTOBER WHICH WAS POORLY ATTENDED DUE TO PRECAUIONS FOR THE ONGOING VIRUS.

The return was mailed by Border Chapter API, then we received a letter dated October 19, 2021 from the IRS that we had 10 day to e file the return, as a paper return was not accepted as per IRS regulations. However, we did not received the letter until November 16, 2021. Border Chapter API mailed out a letter notifying the IRS of the date letter was received. Then the Thanksgiving days or Holidays arrived, we are working on the e filing the return by November 30, 2021.
