Part X, Line 2:

FIN 48 Note from Compiled Financial Statements: Automotive Maintenance Repair Association is exempt from taxes on revenue other than unrelated business revenue under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes is required for the year ended June 30, 2020, as the Association had no unrelated business income. The Association performed an evaluation of uncertain tax positions for the year ended June 30, 2019 and determined that there were no matters that would require recognition in the financial statements or that may have any effect on its tax-exempt status. As of June 30, 2020, the statute of limitations for the tax years 2017 through 2019 remains open with the US federal jurisdiction or the various states and local jurisdictions in which the Association files tax returns. It is the Association's policy to recognize interest and/or penalties to uncertain tax positions, if any, in income tax expense. As of June 30, 2020, the Association had no accrued interest or penalties.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4	During tax year 2019 the Association updated their Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to read that they are incorporated in Delaware rather than Maryland. The process to reincorporate from Maryland to Delaware began in November 2019. The Association is currently incorporated in both Delaware and Maryland. Maryland has not yet recognized that the Association is to be incorporated in Delaware. The conversion is in process.
