| Balance Sheet Equipment Sch D Part VI | The Balance Sheet, Part X, page 11 and Sch D Part IV present the cost of assets consisting of firefighting and emergency response equipment owned by the organization. The organization owns no passenger vehicles. The cost presented includes the cost of firetruck/medical/emergency response vehicles, CPR & emergency medical equipment, firefighting apparatus, similar equipment and some building furnishings purchased by the organization and the value at time of receipt of items donated to the organization. Firetrucks/vehicles, net of salvage values, are depreciated on s/l method over 15 yrs. Furnishings, fitness equipment, a concrete pad and other equipment items are depreciated on straight line method over 10 yr estimated lives. |
