In its second winter season which was shortened by 28 days due to COVID-19 closing of Squaw Alpine, Mountaineer provided nearly 70,000 passengers with rides within Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, which is a 20% YOY increase comparing the same dates in Mountaineers inaugural winter season. An estimated nearly 12,000 vehicles were taken off Squaw and Alpine roads. Nearly 19,000 vehicle miles were avoided on Squaw and Alpine access roads.
