Other	Organization's Mission: The New Hampshire Retail Association is a statewide trade organzation that represents nearly 700 businesses in the Granite State (NH). We pride ourselves in our longevity and our commitment to serving the ever changing needs of our members. The New Hampshire Retail Association's mission is to advocate, promte and support New Hampshire retailers.
Other	Form 990, Part I, Line 6: Volunteers include the Board of Directors who meet three times a year to review the financial position, policies and procedures and perform an annual review of employees. The Board of Directors also reviews and approves the Form 990.
Pt VI, Line 6	New Hampshire Retail Association is organized by its members or which there are currently approximately 700 members.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Members are not elected but pay membership dues to become a member. Only the Board of Directors is elected by the members.
Pt VI, Line 7b	Decisions that are made by the members include any By Law changes and the members elect the Board of Directors at the annual meeting.
