Open to the public, 18 swimmers participated. All money raised went toward supporting the exempt purposes of TWIM Booster Club. 554
    2 TWIM Booster Club participated in the annual non-profit Thorbeckes New Years 10K Swim in Centralia on Jan 1st (after donating $300 to the organizers previously). Open to the public, 31 swimmers competed including 13 TWIM members. The event collected donations on Jan. 1 for the Lewis County Animal Shelter (EIN 81-0578266), mainly in the form of dog and cat food that we all brought to the pool on that day. 0

    1(a) Our foundation filled a void in the community by offering a swim clinic in 2020 that was aimed at improving an amateur swimmer's starts and turns. Participants are often members of United States Masters Swimming who compete in local, National, and International swim meets, Triathlons, Ironmans, or Open Water Swimming events. We did not provide the athletic facility involved, but, rather, were granted the use of a Greater Seattle YMCA swimming pool free of charge. In effect, we teamed with the YMCA to provide this important clinic to further the participant's goals in competition. Greater Seattle YMCA is a 501(c)(3).
    1(b) Our foundation supports Team Walker International Masters (TWIM), a registered Workout Group within United States Masters Swimming (USMS). TWIM does not receive any monetary support from USMS, hence the need to boost and raise money for the team. This line item reflects the commission we received in 2020 from SwimOutlet.com where we host TWIM's Team Apparel.
    10 Our foundation regularly provides custom swim caps and other gear that can't be hosted on our Team Store, so it results in an inventory of goods; all products boost fellowship and camaraderie among TWIM members. Currently, very little profit is made on such items; our aim is just to support the team.
