Over 140,000 fans attend each year and the event impacts the Reno/Sparks area economy with $42 million going to hotels, casinos, restaurants, and retail outlets. Due to the fact of the Pandemic we were unable to hold the Reno Rodeo in 2020.

Part III, Line 4:	The Association's capitalized collection consists of original artwork commissioned each year to commemorate that year's rodeo. The Association has been purchasing the original artwork since 2015. The original artwork is reproduced as limited-edition posters that are sold to collectors and the public. The collection also includes a large one of a kind horseshoe sculpture.
Part X, Line 2:	Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken affecting its annual filing requirements, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The Association would recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits and liabilities in income tax expense if such interest and penalties are incurred.

Part I, Line 2:

The Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund is administered by a separate board that decides who will receive assistance. The City of Sparks is a governmental entity and we have inquired about the progress of the park for which the funds were donated. The PRCA Wilderness Circuit is the entity that sponsors the Wilderness Circuit Finals. We attend each year and see that the things for which we donated money were awarded.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Organization has eight different member types. These include: Wrangler, Active Member, Director, Past President, Member Emeritus, Director Emeritus, Honorary Member, And Associate Member.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Current Board members are eligible to elect Directors to the governing board from the slate of available candidates approved by the Board. The Board elects the board's officers. Past Board Presidents are voting members of the governing board for life.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	General membership must approve changes to the Organization's bylaws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	Form 990 is reviewed by the Treasurer and designated members of the Association with accounting and tax expertise. All members of the governing body receive a copy of the Form 990 prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	Compensation for the General Manager is recommended by the Personnel Committee annually following a performance review process. The recommendation is approved by the Executive Committee and eventually the Board of Directors when they approve Executive Committee meeting minutes.

Form 990, Part IX, line 11g	Professional Services: Program service expenses 16,903. Management and general expenses 246,091. Fundraising expenses 0. Total expenses 262,994.
