Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	Membership voted to add the following to Article 17 General of our Bylaws: Section 2 Each year of the Triennial Election Cycle, Union Made and American Made garments displaying UAW Local 2209 are to be purchased from the General Fund (5 polo style shirts and 1 long sleeve 1/4 zip, or the equivalent to be determined by the President) for elected Executive Board Members, Committeepersons, Alternates, Unit Chairpersons & Constitutional Convention Delegates to be worn when representing the UAW in the plant, at conferences, in meetings and negotiations. This practice shall be suspended if the Local Union General Fund drops below 3 times the amount of 1 month's per capita taxes. The practice shall be reinstated upon the return of the General Fund's balance to more than 3 times the amount of 1 month's per capita taxes.
