	In 2020 the Association represented an average of 254 members in negotiations, contracts issues, arbitrations and grievances. Notably, the Union protected the rights and needs of its membership while negotiating labor concerns related to the response of unprecedented civil unrest with the employer. The Association represented 15 members in IA/Disciplinary matters and 10 in grievance matters. Approximately 35 contract language and interpretation matters were also settled by the Association throughout the year.
