What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The mission of East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard is to serve our community by rendering Military Funeral Honors and to conduct flag ceremonies for schools, retirement homes, and other organizations within the community.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Military Funeral Honors are services presented to families and loved ones at the funeral of deceased veterans. This service includes three rifle volleys, bugle call "taps" and the American Flag folded and presented to the family. This service benefits the number of individuals attending the service, which is generally 2-200 people. 90% of ETVHG time is spent performing these services
