Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 34 In fiscal 2021, the organization amended its bylaws to create two classes of directors: (a) "lifetime" directors, constituting all former presidents of the organization; and (b) regular directors, elected by the members at the annual meeting (unless appointed to fill a vacancy due to resignation, death, etc.). The bylaws were further amended to conform quorum requirements for meetings of members to actual attendance experience. The changes to bylaws did not result in any significant governance changes of the organization or changes in practices or policies.
