Salaries of local lodge officers are voted on by local lodge membership every three-years during bylaw changes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	IAMAW Grand Lodge has direct over sight of local lodge operations. Local lodges vote annually on lodge bylaws through majority vote. Lodge bylaws are reviewed by Grand Lodge bylaw department for conformance with IAM Constitution, federal, and state laws. Local operations are governed by elected officers and actions require a majority vote by the general membership.
