The board of directors generated an opinionnaire which was distributed to all of their members so they could voice their views on issues that are important to them. The results were tabulated, and policy was approved by members at their policy development meeting in June and reviewed at the companys annual meeting by Proxy in August, with 82 ballots by proxy returned by mail and counted. |
