Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by an independent accountant who meets with an officer of the organization to finalize fiscal year records. All fund activity is reviewed for accuracy and approved for tax reporting. All changes in fund balances and fiscal year activity is presented to the board of trustees to be reviewed for accuracy and approved for tax reporting.
Pt VI, Line 12c	The board of trustees monitor financial activity during a monthly meeting. If any lack of independences is detected within a transaction, the board promptly removes the affected individual from the transaction and assigns an independent representative of the organization to assure the organization's interest is not compromised.
Pt VI, Line 19	All documents, policies and financial information are available for review upon request. These documents are maintained by the organization's secretary on premise
Pt VI, Line 6	The organization does not have stockholders, but does have members who are all veterans of the U.S. military and pay annual dues. Currently there are 420 members.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The organizations active members annually elect the officers and trustees to perform duties and operate the organization under the rules of its by-laws.
Pt VIII	Line 11a-MI Lottery Commissions are derived from the sale of Keno tickets within the organizations Cove operation. Only members can enter the Cove and participate in this activity. All proceeds are governed by the State of MI lottery commission, and are available to offset the building occupany expenses.
Pt VIII	Line 11b-Memorial ceiling tiles are sold to members and their failies to memorialize the veteran members of this organization. The revenue is used to purchase and print the memorial tile. Any excess revenue from these tile sales is available for the operational expenses.
