Pt VI, Line 11b	The CEO appoints an audit committee of 3 members who meet and review the financial statements, appoint an accountant and oversee the preparation of the tax return. The committee reports to the board of directors and then to the members on the floor of the lodge. The lodge then gives their recommendation as to whether to accept the financial statements and the tax return and the members vote on it. If an affirmative vote is cast the secretary mails the return.
