Any conflict that may occur is brought to the attention of the Exalted Ruler who, with assistance of the Lodge Officers, determine if a conflict actually exists and what action to take.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Secretary and Treasurer are paid Officers. The Lodge budget personnel periodically review the salaries based on other comparably sized Lodges and budget accordingly. The last review was in 2020.
