THE ORGANIZATION HAD A MASS EXODUS OF THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK CARE OF ACCOUNTING AND MADE SURE THESE FILINGS WERE DONE. WE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO ENLIST THE HELP OF THE CPA WHO FILED THE RETURNS PREVIOUSLY BUT THEY ONLY FILED THE BOOK KEEPER WHO WAS FIRED THE PREVIOUS TAX YEAR AND RETURNED FILES IN A TRASH BAG DID NOT HELP. OUR ORGANIZATION HAD PEOPLE WITH LITTLE EXPERIENCE AND NO FUNDS TO HIRE ANYONE THEN COVID HIT AND WE LOST ONE PERSON WHO WAS WORKING ON THESE FILINGS CAUSING US TO START ALL OVER AGAIN UNTIL WE FINALLY GET TO THIS POINT
