Form 990, Part X, Line 10b	In October 2020, the Hose Company initiated the construction of a building addition comprising two new fire apparatus bays, new roof, a meeting room, and two new bathrooms; this work was substantially completed in May 2021. The cost of paid contractor work and associated materials purchased by the Hose Company have been added to the book value of the existing building and land (at cost). Hose Company members also donated time, labor and materials to supplement this addition, to the value of approximately $60,000 (including electrical, plumbing, dry-walling, communications tower, painting and trim work).
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	Included in direct building costs for the work described in Part X, Line 10b is the value of member-contributed labor and materials of $58,846, resulting in the change in net assets of $318,846 that is then added to current year's net operating loss of ($223,317) plus prior year's total assets of $494,111.
