A paper version of this return was filed on time in Sept 2020. I am a volunteer for this non profit, not a tax return or tax exempt return preparer or public accountant. I did not know the e filing rule was implemented for 990 returns. Returns have been on time and filed in the past, and starting now will be e filed going forward.
