Explanation:

This filing was not submitted due to miscommunications due to travel restrictions and the office closure during the breakout of the Covid-19 Virus. It wasn't until we went to file the 2020 reporting period that we realized the 2019 filing had not been mailed in. Due to the circumstances of the past year we request that we be forgiven for this late filing.
