What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Union organization for Vermont State College Staff. Purpose is too secure full trade union rights, including those of exclusive recognition and collective bargaining, for all employees who are eligible for membership. To bring VSC-UP members together for mutual assistance and cooperation. To advance the welfare of all employees who are eligible for membership. To promote the effectiveness and quality of the Vermont State Colleges. To foster cooperation among labor organizations within the VSC and our communities.
