Explanation:

The Organization is late due to two reasonable causes. The Organization switched treasurers in 2020, the year the tax return should have been prepared. The Organization also suffered disruption from the COVID-19 Pandemic, which did not allow the Organization to meet. The Organization is ran by volunteers in the OKC community and could not prioritize time between the Organization's tax return preparation and other obligations (both professional and personal). As such, due to these factors, the Organization was unable to source the financial documents, prepare the financial statements and prepare the tax return until the COVID-19 pandemic was resolved the board could allocate time and resources to its preparation.
