Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The union holds an annual convention open to all members, active and retired, at which matters such the annual budget, the executive committee membership, the treasurer's report and other issues are voted upon. The executive committee is the governing body during the time between conventions. The executive committee comprises the local president, vice-president, treasurer and secretary plus elected representatives (chapter president and alternates) from the five chapters comprising the bargaining unit.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Yes. The approval of the treasurer's annual report, the annual budget and the executive committee membership are reserved to the annual convention as are any by-law changes.
