	The ARTS facet awarded gift cards to poster art winners of the Fine Arts Studio and Links National Poster contest. We also partnered with Coalition for African Americans in the Performing Arts (CAAPA) to provide the Master Class Series session for Morgan State University hosted by Angela Renee Simpson and featuring Music Master Robert Sims. Supported the CAAPA Music Scholarship Program which awarded graduating high school students 1st, 2nd, 3rd place scholarships and recognizes the achievements and talents of aspiring black, classical, musicians. In addition, the ARTS committee supported the Virtual Concert as a part of the CAAPA "Generations: Music and The Black Family", based on the ASALH (Association for the Study of African American Life and History) national theme featuring Denyce Graves, narrator/mezzo soprano; Shana Oshiro, Chantel Braziel to help promote the restoration of the National Negro Opera House.

	The SERVICES TO YOUTH and the Arts Facets virtually delivered "Empowering Youth Voices" to students at Drew Freeman Middle School beginning April 14 through May 12, 2021. Students produced a 20-minute TV segment based upon the issue of social media. The students participated in three 30-minute, facilitated discussions with subject matter experts provided by Onyx Therapy Group. This was followed by two 1-hour sessions of TV production under the direction of our chapter and the students of Bowie State University's School of Communications. There was also a donation to the Capital Area Food Bank.

	The Links, Incorporated established the HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES Facet in response to the chronic disparities that persist. This year, the Prince George's (MD) County virtually hosted a Green Table Talk discussion, "A Heart Healthy Event - A Focus on the Alzheimer and Dementia Community". In Prince George's County, Maryland, our mission is to serve our community, promote education and awareness around topics that enhance the lives of its residents. There were discussions surrounding the disease and its impact on the African American community which are both timely and sensitive. The objective of this program is to strengthen ones knowledge and prepare them with key information on the impact and effects of this disease. We were joined by special guest, Chef Atoye, who provided a virtual demonstration on how to prepare healthy meals. There was also a donation to the Capital Area Food Bank.

	NATIONAL TRENDS AND SERVICES (NTS) partnered with Prince George's Community College, Dress for Success, and Women Offering Wealth to provide a virtual mentoring program. This program, "Project L.I.F.T - Links Impacting Future Trailblazers" was designed to help prepare black and Latina women successfully navigate the job market and strengthen financial security with the primary focus on empowerment. Vision: Through virtual workshops, regular communication, and community partnerships, mentor women of color in Prince George's County (MD) who have lost jobs due to the pandemic and need assistance improving their employment opportunities. Program mentored 22 women between the ages of 25- 50. Sessions Held: Mentor Orientation, Mentor/Mentee Meet, and Greet (Program Orientation), 3 Workshops (Resume Writing & Cover Letter, Interview Skills, and Job Search/LinkedIn Profile & Your Personal Brand) Virtual Career Fair, Closing Program. Further, NTS hosted the 2021 Links at the Legislature: A Day at the Maryland State House in Annapolis Advocacy for Policy to Improve the Health and Education of Children. There was a donation to the Capital Area Food Bank.

	The Links Incorporated established the INTERNATIONAL TRENDS AND SERVICES facet with the foremost goal of providing opportunities for tangible service in other countries. This year, the facet observed World AIDS Day, World Children's Day, and World Malaria Day. INTERNATIONAL TRENDS AND SERVICES facet hosted the 2021 International Women's Month Virtual Embassy Hop: Virtual Support of Sustainable Development Goals SDG's and Global Communities in Prince George's County where we partnered with: U.S. State Department, The National Museum of American Diplomacy), African Ancestry, The United Nations Association of The USA, UNA-USA National Capital Area, and ZAAF Collection. There was also a donation made to Hope for Haiti Campaign to purchase first aid kits for children. There was a donation to the Capital Area Food Bank.

Form 990, Part III, Line 3	Due to COVID-19 the chapter had to develop virtual programming opportunities to reach and meet the needs of the community.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Prince George's County (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated was chartered March 24, 1979 by 22 women. Linked in friendship and service, the chapter stands 84 members strong, committed to transforming communities and fulfilling our purpose.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All members of the organization have a voice in how the governing body governs the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	After the Treasurer has completed the 990, she presents the President with a copy of the file to conduct a review. After questions have been answered and issues resolved, then the 990 is filed and a copy is provided to National. A copy of the transmittal is printed and kept in the Treasurer's records until turned over to archives. The filing is also a part of the Treasurer's report to the chapter.
