	We donated $1,293 directly to Moose Charities. We provided the venue for our Women's Chapter 2449 to donate another $600. We were able to provide a socially distanced classroom for an essential business during the time of Covid, because they had to continue their training.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	All Moose lodges are member driven fraternal associations, with any major change in operations subject to special meetings that require formal notification of all members by mail, either using the post office or electronic email addresses if available. For example, we had to call a special meeting to take out our consolidating loan with Moose International.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Officers are elected by a majority on an election night following advertising the candidate list 3 times.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Our organization is member driven, requiring election of officers by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The administrator of the Lodge gathers financial information throughout the year, then organizes if for entry into the 990 form. With the help of an officer of the chapter, a first review of data is made. Then the administrator reviews the finalized form again. It is taken to a board meeting for presentation, and a vote is taken to accept its filing. After acceptance, copies of the filing is made available to the general membership upon request. A discussion of the financial status of the lodge is made at every general meeting, held twice monthly (1st and 3rd Wednesdays). Members are free to ask questions about finances and they can have access to the books.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Filing of the tax returns are announced at the general meeting held after the filing date and copies are taken to the meeting for any member that attends. Any member can request a copy too.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Includes pest control, waste disposal, cleaning services that occur monthly.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 1	We are using county tax valuations for land, building, and equipment. We can't figure out how accounting prior to 2019 determined valuations, staff was different. In 2019 we stayed in line with what previous staff had done. But now we want a value we can consistently find year to year, so we are going to use the tax assessor's valuations (https://qpublic.schneidercorp.com/Application.aspx?AppID=630&LayerID=11199&PageTypeID=2&PageID=4599).
