1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: Bayou Sugar Growers, Inc. ("Bayou") was organized, and will operate, for the purpose of (1) improving efficiency in sugar cane supply chains, (2) improving the overall quality of the agriculture product produced by its members (i.e., sugar cane), and (3) improving the working conditions of laborers in the sugar cane industry. Bayou will primarily focus on improving the efficiency of sugar cane supply chains by improving the equipment operation aspect of the sugar cane supply chain. Sugar cane production is an equipment dependent process. Sugar cane is grown, harvested, and transported through use of heavy machinery.
