	Facilities Management - Management of rental property from May 2020 to Apr 2021. Facility provided a meeting place for the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Florida State University and provided housing for 19-22 members of the organization.

	Facilities Acquisition - Our long term goal is to provide a permanent / owned facility for meetings and housing for members of the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Florida State Univesity. The land purchased in July 2010 was sold in early 2014 when it no longer seemed feasible to build a facility with the assets available to the organization. Fund raising efforts have been reduced for the Capital Campaign until a new land or facility option is identified.

The organizations articles of incorporation and by-laws are available to the general public on the Alumni Association website for Kappa Sigma Fraternity of Florida State University. Quarterly and annual financial statements are available upon request to members of the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association is a separate legal entity from the House Corporation. The organization does not have a conflict of interest policy.
