Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4 Scioli Turco's Bylaws were amended on March 18, 2019. The amendments are identified below with reference made to the specific Corporate Bylaw section. Section 5-01. Formation: This section, in full, is an entirely new section and notes that the Board of Directors of Caring People Alliance, under agreement with the former Board of Directors of Scioli Turco, Incorporated, acquired full control of Scioli Turco, Incorporated on April 1, 2018, and set terms to form a new Board of Directors of Scioli Turco, Incorporated. Section 5-16. Removal of Directors: Paragraph (a) and (b) added "the Board of Directors of Caring People Alliance" as being entitled to vote for the election of Directors and may declare vacant the office of a Director and, should an individual be removed from office, shall elect new Directors.
