Subsequently, Dunham Foundation received the Federal income tax exemption letter dated May 21, 2020 effective as of July 1, 2019.Dunham Foundation had no assets or income in 2019 or 2020. The Dunham Fund (EIN 37-6416138) has distributed all its net assets to the Dunham Foundation (EIN 84-2345560)as of the close of business on December 31, 2020.
