Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Certain governance decisions must be voted on by a quorum of regular members in good standing. Examples of such items are: Acceptance of applications as members, acceptance of resignations, expulsions of regular members, and changes to by-laws.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Committees are advisory only.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	IRS filings are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors prior to their submission.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Finance Committee, which consists of members in good standing none of whom are members of the governing body, requires each member of the governing body as well as every other club member who has spending authority to fill out a conflict of interest policy acknowledgement and survey on an annual basis. Any potential conflicts of interest are investigated and, if determined to be actual conflicts of interest, are dealt with appropriately.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The club's governing documents are available on the club's public website, www.jerseyaeroclub.org. The club's policies and financial statements are available upon request from a member of the public. To date, no such requests have been received.
