	FOOD ACCESS PROGRAMS: Our SNAP Match program (utilizing tokens spent at our farmers markets) provided important nutrition support to food-insecure populations in our community. Last year SNAP Match program was awarded $8,449 in Double Up Food Bucks, $1,250 sponsor donations, and $6,080 in funding from the Tualatin Soil & Water Conservation District. Our Veterans SNAP Match program, sponsored by local businesses, made an important difference in the lives of Hillsboros military veterans by increasing their ability to purchase healthy, local food. We worked directly with another nonprofit organization, Adelante Mujeres, in providing a Farm Fresh program where we purchased products from farmers and donated the products to programs that provided food boxes within the community.

	MARKET SPROUTS (KIDS PROGRAM): This program provides children with hands-on, interactive activities focused on strengthening connections to healthy eating and local food systems. Activities included salad making, rainbow food scavenger hunts, and seed identification, among many others. Children under three years old engaged with agriculture themed sensory bins. The Sprouts program ran for only 15 weeks in 2020, less than a normal season due to Covid-19, but 800 activities kits were distributed to children within our community, and we continue to build this program.

Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Prior to filing, the Organizations Form 990 was prepared by a contracted CPA, distributed to and reviewed by management staff and members of the Finance and Governance Committee.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	Staff and members of the Board of Directors discuss at least annually the duty of loyalty to the Organization and possible or actual conflicts of interest, and are reminded of the duty to report any significant changes with respect to conflicts when they arise. Staff and Board members are asked to review and acknowledge the Organizations conflicts policy and to bring any questions or concerns to any member of the Finance and Governance Committee or the Board. Officers, Board members and staff are required to disclose conflicts of interest by completing and signing a disclosure form. These forms and any conflicts reports are reviewed by the Finance and Governance Committee and/or the Board, and action is taken as needed under the Organizations conflicts policy.

When, after a significant delay, the City of Hillsboro permitted the Organizations remaining two farmers markets to open in 2020, certain modifications were made in order to comply with pandemic-related restrictions, including the elimination of the Market Kitchen program. This was an educational service to the community. It is expected that Market Kitchen and other suspended programs/markets will be reinstated by 2022.
