Form 990, Part III, Line 3	The organization has experienced a changing membership status as older members pass on and younger potential members are more difficult to recruit. As a result during the month of December 2018 the organization closed its building which includes a function hall, a bar, game room and meeting space. There were no activies that generated unrelated trade or business income after December, 2018, nor will there be in the future. The organization continues to provide services to military veterans and community charities. The property was sold a year and a half later to residential developers in June, 2020. The expenses of operating the building has generated significant losses during the past few years, which the organization cannot sustain. The devepoler wanted the land and demolished the building to make way for residential housing.
