Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	We submit the draft copy to each BCA director for review. All comments and questions are considered. Once approved by all members, we file the form 990 electronically.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	For house manager, we reviewed house manager salaries across other like-kind organizations. The house manager meets the median market value for similar roles. For BCA Treasurer, the director spends extra time putting together financial documents and billing members for membership dues. The incremental time takes approximately 24 incremental hours per year. No other director performs incremental hours for the facility or performs similar work for similar services. The dollar amount per hour ($50) is in line with fair market value of similar services. Before the director joined the organization, the Organization spent 2,000 annually for similar work for approximately 20 hours. The Organization received multiple bids for services before the director and each bid was in between 50-100 dollars per hour.
